Honey with Strawberry – Small-Batch Fruit Infusion (250 g)

We start with our raw Essex  wildflower honey, harvested from our own hives and gently extracted without heating or blending. Into this we fold real strawberries, creating a naturally sweet, softly fruity honey with a light rosy colour.

The flavour is rounded and fresh rather than sugary, allowing the character of the honey to remain while the fruit adds a subtle berry note.

Produced in small batches using only two ingredients — our honey and strawberries — with nothing artificial added.

Enjoy on warm toast, stirred into yoghurt, or wherever you would normally use local honey but want a touch of fruit.
