This jar comes from our main summer extraction, when our colonies are foraging at their peak across Essex and Kent hedgerows, wildflower margins and open countryside. The warmer season draws out a deeper golden honey with a fuller, rounded flavour — richer and more warming than our lighter spring harvest.

Each batch is taken directly from our own hives, gently extracted, and never heated or blended. Nothing is imported or mixed — this is single-origin honey shaped entirely by the landscape our bees forage that summer.

The 950g jar is simply more of the same seasonal harvest — ideal for households that reach for local honey every day, or for those who want to stock up before this batch sells out.
