Summer Honey – Essex Wildflower Harvest (450g)

Collected at the height of summer, this honey comes from our colonies foraging across Essex and Kent hedgerows, meadows and wildflower margins. The warmer season produces a deeper golden colour and a fuller flavour than our lighter spring harvest.

Each batch is taken from our own hives, gently extracted, and never heated or blended. Nothing is imported — this is single-origin honey shaped entirely by the flowers available that summer.

The 450g jar is our most popular size: enough to enjoy regularly while still reflecting a limited seasonal extraction. As with all real honey, flavour and colour vary slightly from year to year depending on the forage.
