This honey comes from the first nectar flow of the year, when our colonies begin foraging across orchards, hedgerows and spring wildflowers in Essex and Kent. Spring harvests produce our lightest and most delicate honey — pale in colour, gently floral, and shaped entirely by the blossoms available during those first weeks of the season.

Each batch is taken from our own hives, extracted carefully, and never heated or blended. Nothing is imported or mixed, so every jar reflects that specific spring and landscape. As with all real honey, flavour and texture vary naturally from year to year.
