This honey comes from the earliest nectar flow of the season, when our colonies begin foraging again after winter across orchards, hedgerows and spring wildflowers in Essex and Kent. The result is our lightest and most delicate honey of the year — pale golden in colour, gently floral, and shaped entirely by the first blossoms of the season.

Each batch is taken from our own hives, extracted carefully, and never blended. Nothing is imported or mixed, so every jar is a true snapshot of that particular spring — a flavour that can’t be replicated once the season moves on.
