Dear customers, we have simplified our delivery process to make it as convenient as possible for you. Your items should arrive within 3-5 working days once your order has been accepted. We will notify you if we cannot meet an agreed delivery date. You will then have the option to agree to a new delivery date or cancel the order. In the event of a cancellation, any payment made will be refunded in full within 14 days.

To cancel an order, you must inform us by emailing us at info@goldenbeeshoney.co.uk with your order reference, address and your name.

 

While we are committed to meeting agreed delivery dates, we cannot be held responsible for any losses or costs incurred due to delays. The goods will be delivered to the address specified in the order, which must match the address registered to the payment card. No delivery will be permitted to any other address. It is the buyer's responsibility to make arrangements to take delivery of the goods when they are tendered.

 

Upon delivery, the title and risk of the goods will pass to the buyer. Please be aware that we take the safety of your goods seriously, and we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage after the goods have left our premises.

Returns

If you cancel an order within 30 days, we will process any refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days after the day on which we receive the product(s) back. We will refund the price paid in full, including the cost of delivery charges you paid for the order. Please note that we will not refund your cost of returning the product(s) to us.

You must also return the product(s) to us within ten days after the day of notification in the same condition in which you received them (not open).
